Our story

Chris and Adrianne are both Iowa natives that met in collage at Iowa State University. After graduation we both found jobs in Ames in the ag industry. A year after we got married, we purchased a small acreage in Story City. We have two beautiful children, Mason and Landrie.

The name Funny Ass Farm started out as a joke when we acquired our first mini donkey, Dolly. When we felt called start growing flowers in 2021, the name just stuck! Our little farm brings us so much joy, and we want to pass that joy along to you with our beautiful flowers and beverage burro services!
